Welcome to Paribus ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Paribus provides access to financial interview preparation materials, including question banks, flashcards, and other educational resources designed to help users prepare for interviews in the financial industry.

Paribus is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the firms whose interview questions appear on the platform. All firm names are used solely for identification and educational purposes.

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Our systems actively monitor for signs of account sharing, and we reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund if we detect sharing or multiple users accessing a single account. Each subscription is valid for a single user only.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Services.

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to questions, answers, flashcards, text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Paribus or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our question banks and content are proprietary. Copying, distributing, screenshotting, scraping, or sharing our questions and content is strictly prohibited. You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or download content from the platform.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of our content may result in immediate termination of your account without refund and potential legal action.

If you submit a question or content to Paribus, you grant Paribus a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, display, and distribute that content on and through the Services.

We offer various subscription plans that provide access to premium features and content. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time of your subscription.

Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of your subscription period. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the then-current rate unless canceled before the renewal date.

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Paribus does not store your credit card number, CVC, or billing address. All payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

We do not offer refunds for subscription payments once they have been processed. All sales are final. You will have access to the subscribed Services until the end of your current subscription period, even if you cancel during that period.

We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing. Any price changes will apply to new subscriptions and renewals only; your current subscription rate will remain in effect until the end of your current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will maintain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to account sharing, unauthorized distribution of content, use of automated scraping tools, or any other conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Services or other users. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paribus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

Paribus does not guarantee any interview outcome, job offer, or admission to any program as a result of using the Services. Our content is provided for educational and preparatory purposes only.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. While we verify questions for accuracy, the interview process at any firm can change at any time and we make no representations regarding the completeness or accuracy of any content.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

This Privacy Policy describes how Paribus ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Services. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your email address and a cryptographically hashed version of your password. We do not store passwords in plain text.

Usage Data: We collect information about your use of the Services, including bookmarks, study progress, and display name preferences.

Subscription Data: We collect your plan type, billing period, and subscription status. All payment details, including credit card numbers, CVC codes, and billing addresses, are collected and stored exclusively by Stripe and are never accessible to Paribus.

Log Data: Our servers automatically collect standard log information, including IP addresses, browser type, referring pages, and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and debugging purposes only.

We use the information we collect to: operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of the Services; process transactions and manage subscriptions; monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the Services; and detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not display advertisements on our Services.

Stripe: All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. When you subscribe, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Paribus does not have access to your complete payment card information.

Vercel: Our Services are hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel may collect standard server logs as part of its hosting services. Such collection is subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy.

We do not integrate with any other third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, or social media tracking services.

Our Services use cookies solely for session management and authentication purposes. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies of any kind.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. All passwords are cryptographically hashed before storage, and all data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols.

While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

We may update these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
